Are your perfumes vegan?

Yes. Every EsQue creation is vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free.

Are your perfumes alcohol-free?

Our premium oils, body oils and beard oils are alcohol-free and oil based. Our fine mist parfum sprays contain alcohol denat. Each product page shows an Alcohol-free label where it applies.

What is alcohol denat?

Alcohol denat is a pure, cosmetic-grade ingredient that gently thins our fragrance oils so they spray beautifully as a light, fine mist. It helps the scent distribute evenly and feel lightweight on your skin. It is not the same as household rubbing alcohol; it is safe, gentle and vegan-friendly.

Are they for men or women?

Both. Our fragrances are made for everyone, and the right scent is the one that feels right on your skin.

I can't decide. Where should I start?

Try a Discovery Set and wear a few scents before choosing a full size. You can also browse by scent family under Shop by Scent.

How much is UK delivery?

UK delivery is free by Royal Mail 2nd Class. We aim to dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours, and most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch (Royal Mail allows 3 to 5).

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, you can choose tracked next day delivery at checkout. These orders are dispatched at 9am on the next working day.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UK only.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us and we will track it and send a replacement.

Can I return my order?

You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened perfume. If anything arrives broken, we will happily replace it.
