Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and payment completed, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 working hours of receipt.

All UK deliveries are free of charge. Our preferred method of delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, unless otherwise stated. According to Royal Mail this service can usually take between 3-5 working days, however 99% of the time, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days after dispatch notification. In the unlikely event your order has unfortunately not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track your order and arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you immediately.

There is an option to select "next day delivery" (24 hrs tracked via royal mail). However, please be aware any orders placed will be dispatched the following working day at 9am; as we work full time and all orders are processed after 6.30 pm.

All deliveries out of UK will pay postage which is calculated during checkout.
